About HandsOffWheeling

HandsOffWheeling began as a local effort to make Wheeling safer through community care and accountability. Neighbors wanted a respectful way to share information without surveillance or tracking. This site is privacy-first, open to all, and focused on helping families and youth.

We saw problems going unaddressed and decided to organize. By combining community reports, a simple map, and shared resources, we aim to spot patterns and connect people to help. All data here is contributed by neighbors — we do not log IP addresses or run analytics.
